Use the office that holds the exact Rhea County record sought:
- Court case files: use the criminal court case records instructions or contact the Circuit Court Clerk at 423-775-7818
- Criminal histories and rap sheets: order through the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: call the Rhea County Sheriff's Department at 423-775-7837
- Official Tennessee name checks: use TBI's TORIS service
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement: begin with the clerk of the court where the case originated
